The RESTLESS pedagogical framework sets the blueprint for the structure of the RESTLESS training programme, outlining the desired learning outcomes and introducing innovative assessment methods. As the partners organisation developed this framework, they merged contemporary insights with proven practices from the past while conducting a thorough analysis of current training needs, market trends, and crucial skills, for shaping a comprehensive RESTLESS pedagogical framework.

Development of the RESTLESS Training Programme:

The development of the RESTLESS training programme involved creating a comprehensive curriculum. Utilising a modular format, the programme is designed to accommodate diverse learner needs effectively. Partners contributed to the modules based on their areas of expertise, enriching the programme’s content. Furthermore, the training material is freely accessible on both the project website and partner platforms, ensuring widespread availability and dissemination of knowledge.

Health Entrepreneurship Bootcamps:

The Health Entrepreneurship Bootcamps undergo evaluation to ensure their effectiveness. Participants’ feedback will be collected and analysed to identify areas for improvement. Training materials are adjusted to enhance participant engagement and maximise learning outcomes. Approximately 125 participants will be empowered with an entrepreneurial mindset applicable in health care sector.
